This Acceptable Use Policy explains the types of activity, products, services, and behavior that are not allowed when using Struv Digital PayGate.

1. Purpose of this policy
Struv Digital PayGate provides software tools that help approved businesses connect payment workflows. To protect customers, businesses, payment providers, and our platform, users must follow this Acceptable Use Policy.
This policy applies to all users, businesses, connected accounts, resellers, platform users, and anyone using Struv Digital PayGate software, website, support, or payment workflow tools.
2. General prohibited use
Users may not use Struv Digital PayGate for prohibited, illegal, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, restricted, high-risk, or harmful products, services, transactions, content, or business activity.
Users also may not use Struv Digital PayGate in any way that violates applicable law, Stripe’s terms or rules, card network rules, customer rights, privacy obligations, or our Terms of Service.
3. Prohibited activity examples
The following examples are not allowed on or through Struv Digital PayGate:
- Illegal products, services, transactions, or business activity.
- Fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or dishonest activity.
- Unauthorized financial services, money services, lending, credit, investment, or banking activity.
- Products or services that violate Stripe’s prohibited or restricted business rules.
- Weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, or related restricted items.
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, or restricted drug-related products.
- Adult exploitation, sexual exploitation, or illegal adult content.
- Hate, harassment, threats, abuse, violence, or discriminatory activity.
- Counterfeit goods, stolen goods, unauthorized replicas, or intellectual property violations.
- Misleading income claims, guaranteed earnings claims, or deceptive business opportunity claims.
- Chargeback abuse, refund abuse, transaction laundering, or attempts to hide the true seller.
- Phishing, malware, spyware, hacking tools, credential theft, or unauthorized access activity.
- Products or services designed to bypass laws, payment rules, verification, or platform restrictions.
- Any activity that creates unacceptable risk for customers, Stripe, Struv Digital PayGate, or other users.
4. Misleading income and business claims
Users may not use Struv Digital PayGate to sell or promote offers that make misleading income claims, guaranteed revenue claims, unrealistic business promises, or deceptive success claims.
Businesses are responsible for ensuring their marketing, sales pages, checkout pages, customer communications, and refund terms are truthful, clear, and not misleading.
5. Transaction laundering and hidden sellers
Users may not process payments for another business, seller, product, or service without proper authorization and clear disclosure.
Users may not hide the true seller, disguise the nature of a transaction, submit false business information, or use Struv Digital PayGate to route payments for businesses that are not approved.
6. Customer treatment and fulfillment
Businesses using Struv Digital PayGate must clearly describe what they sell, provide accurate pricing, communicate refund terms, deliver products or services as promised, and provide customer support.
Businesses may not use our tools to take payments for products or services they do not intend to deliver.
7. Stripe and provider rules
Payment processing services are provided by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s terms, verification, approval, monitoring, and rules.
Users are responsible for complying with Stripe’s prohibited and restricted business rules, Stripe’s services agreement, card network rules, and any additional requirements that apply to their business or payment activity.
8. Reviews, restrictions, and enforcement
Struv Digital PayGate may review accounts, activity, business descriptions, checkout workflows, support requests, public websites, or other information related to use of our services.
We may restrict, suspend, disable, or remove access if we believe a user or business violates this Acceptable Use Policy, our Terms of Service, Stripe’s rules, applicable law, or any security, risk, or compliance requirement.
9. No guarantee of approval
Struv Digital PayGate does not guarantee that any user, business, product, service, checkout workflow, or payment account will be approved by Stripe or any other service provider.
Stripe or other providers may approve, reject, restrict, suspend, hold, or terminate services according to their own terms, risk standards, and legal obligations.
10. Reporting misuse
If you believe Struv Digital PayGate is being used for prohibited, misleading, fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity, contact us at support@struvarion.com .
Please include as much detail as possible, including the business name, website, payment page, account email if known, and a description of the concern.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
